Adda Rule Book

  • AddaCorner is a platform which connects people with common buying need to form an Adda around a product / service brand. The strength of the Adda formed is extremely critical for establishing the significance of the Adda’s representation / negotiation with the seller.
  • Once the Adda’s strength is achieved, a bridge with the seller is created for interaction / negotiation. AddaCorner will facilitate the meeting with the seller.
  • It is expected that you join the Brand’s Adda only when you decide to buy the particular product / service brand. Joining the Brand’s Adda should be your last point for purchasing, that is negotiation.
  • Members joining the Brand’s Adda is expected to participate in the meeting. Failing to attend the meeting or attending the meeting casually just for speculation may not be considered ethical as it will impact the overall purpose of representation of other Adda members to the seller.
  • The SOP of the meeting will be circulated to all the members prior to the meeting date.
  • Joining the Brand’s Adda calls for commitment. The Buyer’s Adda will have prominence and significance only when the strength is intact. The seller might request for Pre-authorisation of booking token amount or a token amount (refundable / adjustable with the final purchase cost) or may request more details to understand the customer’s profile before the meeting. It will however be the sole discretion of the seller. This is also very important to ensure only serious members are participating in the meeting.
  • The date of meeting for the particular Brand’s Adda will be fixed by AddaCorner Admin and will published in the particular product / service Adda page.
  • The meeting may be in form of digital video-conferencing or face-to-face.
  • AddaCorner will share the member’s details and the pre-meeting questionnaire with the seller prior to the meeting.
  • It is advised that joining of members who have already purchased the Brand just to check on the pricing and terms of purchasing should be avoided. This will be considered unethical.
  • Members joining casually to speculate the group’s negotiated pricing and terms of purchase will be considered unethical as it will impact the genuine buyers negotiation scope.
  • The objective of the meeting between the Buyer’s Adda and the seller is to finalise on the purchasing terms and pricing. Once the purchasing terms and pricing is finalised between the Buyer’s Adda and the Seller, a token amount (as fixed by the seller) for the booking has to be transferred /paid within 24 hours of the meeting. The balance of the booking amount needs to be transferred / paid to the seller as per the seller’s payment terms.
  • AddaCorner will not play any role in influencing any purchasing decision. It will maintain its transparency and un-biasedness in all its representation. All discussions and agreement in terms of pricing and terms of purchase are between the buyers and the seller.
  • All payment for your purchases has to be made direct to the seller and not to AddaCorner. AddaCorner will help facilitate the process.
  • AddaCorner is a socio-tech platform and acts solely to aggregate buyers to form teams and connect them with the sellers directly. It is not a marketing nor an advertising platform. The content displayed in the platform are minimalist to get identified by prospective buyers and not published with the objective for evaluating a product / service brand.
